Welcome to REDBOX, a mobile application game developed by Solvescape Technologies Limited. 6. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE GAME.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the republic of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the republic of Ireland
